Novotel Ha Long Bay

It was an excellent stay . Everything was good but Buffet needs variety of Indian food with no meat no egg ..

The rooms are very good, and the property is in a very good location. The restaurant services are decent. However, the overall services in terms of travel desk, hospitality, could definitely improve. It is impossible to get any information from the Reception. They don't seem to want to help either.

Hotel staff was cooperative,Room was nice with a view . Pool was clean & other amenities were good

Novotel is the perfect place to stay in Ha long bay area. It is adjacent to Night market and has plenty of food options nearby. It is Walkable to beach. Walkable to sun world and cruise points.

I stay with my family in this hotel for 1 day on 6th april 2024. Hotel is very near to sun world & every thing is very perfect in hotel. I highly recommend people to stay in this hotel

The ac in the room was not working property. In the morning during checkout we were told that the laundry bag in the room is for 1, 00, 000 vnd. This is the first time where we are told to pay for the laundry bag did not expect this behaviour in novotel. The coffee shop near it is also closed now

Well located by the beach and clubs. Not too far from the jetty either for cruise. Has 1 small pool and 1 small dining area. Staff are helpful

Our stay was more than comfortable. We were greeted warmly by the staff and they were very prompt in their service and they did it with a big smile, which made us happy and welcomed. I would recommend this hotel for the location, view and great food. The rooms were very clean with a bath tub and a separate shower and WC area. We loved the sumptuous breakfast that they offered. It had something for every palette. Thank you.
