family1)they don't offer drinking water along with lunch, dinner and breakfast 2)they charge 1usd for 350ml of each water bottle 3)they didn't offer evening tea and snacks 4) ac is not working properly. Most of the time they turned off the ac which was very much suffocating 5)inspire of repeated reminders about our food habits with only egg and chicken they served sea foods like squeed, oyster 6) they didn't announce the breakfast hour and later they served one each of egg or no egg for shortage of eggs.
