One of the worst hotel experience ac was not working after any complaints they do not listen in the end i asked them.to.provide atleast a fan in tbe room as it was piping hot in da nang Staff is not at helful as well as tbey rate them.4 star i think its a 2 star hotel

We stayed in cosmos hotel danang for 2 nights It was excellent hotel Super neat and had all the amenities required. Beach was only 300m away and was awesome. Indian veg restaurant with pure veg food was just in adjoining building. The view from the 13th floor swimming pool was so nice. The receptionists were so friendly and we also exchanged dollors at a very good rate ( 100 dollars for 2530000 vnd. Thanks mmt
