Pros 1. Good location near NYC ferry point, Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges, multiple stores and supermarkets close by, at least three subway stations in less than a km radius 2. Very comfy beds. 3. Decent bathrooms 4. An adequate 24-hour coffee arrangement in the lobby. 5. Decent breakfast with adequate seating space Cons 1. Rooms are very small with difficult to even walk Around the beds (it was supposed to house 4 people) 2. Beds significantly small to sleep two people (especially keeping American sizes in mind). 3. Rationing of drinking water which has to be requested from the reception each time every day. 4. Not all staff, especially at reception/coffee shop, are friendly and forthcoming. 5. Only coffee can be made in the room, not catered for tea drinkers. 6. Reception staff has to be goaded to refresh and provide heated coffee arrangement at the lobby.
