It was very bad experience, call every day even if it’s not check out time, the key you have to activate it every day, the reception staff was not nice except just one person his name was haron, overall was really terrible experience

familyRight from check in to check out everything was up the gum tree! we found a hair in the bed, tiger check in staff didn’t provide a king bed despite the selection, the ird service and food was terrible, breakfast was way below par! all in all a disaster! the only saving grace, ms sehla tried to redeem the situation but alas, one can only do so much when everything about the hotel is terrible!
