Terrible Stay
We booked a tour for bosphorus cruise in the morning of 12.08.2025 and agreed to pay 40 euro per person. But next day we were suppose to leave at 7.30a.m. in the morning. But until 7.25a.m. no one informed that the tour was cancel. The tour was confirmed and booked by Mr. Mustafa but later he asked us to go by ourself and do the tour by ourself but mis guided the location of the cruise which was very disappointing. Never expected HYATT BRAND to offer such services. Totally disappointed

I did not take food there but the property was good and in a peaceful area the staff was good and the helpful poolside area was nice but it's to far from the main attractions like galata tower blue mosque etc.
