Very good experience. Stayed three nights. It is on the taskim square centre and easy access to metro.

We booked this property for 6 days and that was one of the best decisions of our stay. Very centrally located. Excellent staff and prompt service. Very friendly staff at the security, checkin and room service. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to all visiting istanbul. Thankyou.

Grand hyatt istanbul our second time, every time tempted to extend our stay here, it's breakfast options far more better, very well trained english speaking reception, fabulous food, spacious room, vast property. Second visit book another hotel then come back to this.

Property and location was good but few of the staff was not friendly and lacked hospitality which soured the experience of our group.

Rooms were very big, staff was very coordial, location was excellent, not many vegetarian options in food. Overall a great experience only food quality can improve!

Had booked a grand suite but got a normal room, no resolution by mm t team even after repeated calls and service requests

Rooms are quite old, flush works intermittently- specially in the morning time when the load on the water usage is highest, wash basin water passes too slowly. Location is very central. Overall there are better options at lower or equal rates.

Room was clean and nice, the only issue i felt reception guy tried selling us another upgraded room by saying the room we had booked wasn't instantly available and we would have to wait for 2 hours, even tho we were checking in at 2 pm only. He said we could pay 70 euros more and get the room instantly at higher floor, which doesn't make sense. However, we chose to wait and when my husband went to talk to his manager to give us room for the time being and then we could shift to our room, we got to know our room was always available & we handed over the keys instantly. Kind of a scam.

Breakfast was very limited, and even room was very small as we had thought. Rest staff was helpful indeed very good.

We stayed for 3 nights at grand hyatt istanbul, the hotel is well located close to taksim square in a quiet road. Breakfast was satisfactory but should include more vegetarian options.

Good location, good hospitality, good security screening system & helpful staff.

I was travel-ling with my wife and an infant and the hotel receptionist kept us waiting for an hour or so cause makemytrip had not paid them so ultimately i had to pay twice so i could check in. My 1 year old son was getting all cranky and had no choice so for such a treatment i only booked for a day and did not extend with hyatt.

Stay at grand hyatt was wonderful. Excellent service. Very nice rooms. Got a free upgrade for the room as well. Food is little expensive but delicious. Best food in turkey
