Room was clean and nice, the only issue i felt reception guy tried selling us another upgraded room by saying the room we had booked wasn't instantly available and we would have to wait for 2 hours, even tho we were checking in at 2 pm only. He said we could pay 70 euros more and get the room instantly at higher floor, which doesn't make sense. However, we chose to wait and when my husband went to talk to his manager to give us room for the time being and then we could shift to our room, we got to know our room was always available & we handed over the keys instantly. Kind of a scam.
Perfect HOLIDAY DESTINATION
One of the best stays and a perfect location to be with family. Located in the heart of city, walking distance to Taksim Square. Nice and helpful staff, a true example of service with courtesy & smile. Special thanks to the AREA VP, Mr. Rufat Babayev for helping out and accommodating all our requests during the stay. THANKS

We booked this property for 6 days and that was one of the best decisions of our stay. Very centrally located. Excellent staff and prompt service. Very friendly staff at the security, checkin and room service. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to all visiting istanbul. Thankyou.

We stayed for 3 nights at grand hyatt istanbul, the Grand Hyatt Istanbul is well located close to taksim square in a quiet road. Breakfast was satisfactory but should include more vegetarian options.

Stay at grand hyatt was wonderful. Excellent service. Very nice rooms. Got a free upgrade for the room as well. Food is little expensive but delicious. Best food in turkey
