Fantastic location and very helpful front desk - special shoutout to gorkem. They are slow to respond on email but once we were there we faced zero issues. Taxi stand right outside and istiklal 5mins walk. Clean and nice rooms though bathrooms were tiny.

A very pleasant stay. They gave us a very beautiful city view room with a bottle of wine and some treats.

The location of the property is very good and thier hospitality was amazing. Outdoor view

The hotel is located very near to the happening istiklal cd - but a rather congested area. Though the hotel is branded as 4 star - the rooms are 3 star at best - but if you stay here it's better to pay more and book the upper floor sea view rooms. The standard rooms are quite small for the price and doesn't even have a proper surface to open your suitcases on. The daytime views are mostly rooftops of nearby buildings and the golden horn and bosphorus at a distance- but the views transforms at nighttime - when the skyline lights up! the terrace has a superb view but unfortunately is barred at night - you have to request the rooftop restaurant staff to allow you to the top. The breakfast spread is standard star hotel spread, but on ground floor rather than on the terrace. There is a taxi booth adjacent to the hotel, so getting a taxi isn't a problem! the central sultanahmet area is also easily accessed by public transport - 5 mins walk to the tunnel station where the funicular will take you to karakoy, where you can catch the tram - 4 stops to sultanahmet! plenty of eateries all around with kebap ships, roadside eateries, highend restaurants, conveniencestores, shopping, liq-our stir-es- everything you want within 2 mins - in fact it may be good value not to book the breakfast included option, as one will be spoil t for choice of eating options all around! staff are friendly, but has the 5 star air about them. Do visit the terrace ( they also have a pool there, but we couldn't use it in october) for a grand view of the golden horn, bosphorus and even the marmara sea.

It was my second stint at the hotel within six days of my previous departure which says a lot. I went to pamukkale and alacati for 4 days and returned to istanbul for my flight back home and decided to spend another night at the great property. Thanks.

The staff was helpful and veer accommodating, hotel location is great and the restaurants are fabulous. Weekend tip - make a table reservation for the restaurant if you want to eat at the hotel )

Everything was perfect in the hotel, but the will charge you on ever thing and the staff will keep s tearing at you to give them money, over all good hotel stay and i will book again.

Right from check to check out that is 5 days of stay everything was flawless. The staff very warm and cordial. Being a vegetarian there was no disappointment in the buffet breakfast as well. Highly recommended for everything including the most apt location also.

Property and furniture is very old requires renovation. Cleanliness is poor, there were cockroaches in the room. Carpet is very dirty. Staff is unfriendly and rude they just want money. Break is not so great with very limited food selection and if you are vegetarian then effectively nothings. Too overpriced

I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family member because the stay was not at all pleasant for me and did not feel value for money. We had chosen this hotel because our company marketing meet was arranged in this hotel where we lived, first 3 days were on company account and then we extended our stay for one more day by paying on our own. The view from window was not at all good and the cleanliness in room was not up-to the mark. The toiletries was not replaced or refill regularly. Also the Shaving kit and dental kit was not provided until it is asked for. The breakfast was okay and the staff except reception could hardly speak English.
