From the moment we arrived at CVK Taksim Istanbul, we knew we had made the right choice. The location is absolutely unbeatable — right at the heart of Taksim Square, with Istiklal Street just steps away, making it the perfect base to explore Istanbul’s vibrant energy, history, and culture. Location- excellent. But there was an issue at the time of check in. The receptionist was not ready to give us the room category we booked. We booked a superior triple room with taksim view, and he was giving us a normal superior room. When we argued with him, he said you are just two ppl why you need triple room, we had to argue that we paid for that category for a larger space and how can't he give us that. Finally he gave us the room we booked for, but our experience here went bad. Room was good but the cleaning staff never cleaned bathroom properly. All stains and hair remained as it is. They need to work on this. But the area is excellent and very lively and bed is so comfortable. Just loved my comfortable sleeps here. In all the CVK Taksim Hotel Istanbul is good, just the service needs to be worked on.

What i liked the most: location is excellent as it is direct to taksim square. Reception guys are nice. House keeping ladies are nice as well. What i didn’t like: the standard room is too small and there is no sound proofing in the CVK Taksim Hotel Istanbul at all. You can hear doors closing and guests in other rooms talking together. There is no view in the standard room as it overlooks a wall.

The property is overlooking ta-skim square. Location couldn't get better. The room were spacious and comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful for arranging tickets for istanbuls tourist spots and helping with travel arrangement. I would recommend everyone this property. . 5

Property is at the best of location, the best is the view u get from the CVK Taksim Hotel Istanbul. Street food is just a jump away. Metro in a minute walk. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Rooms are a bit small for 3 adults. Overall the staff was also very supportive.

I enjoyed my stay, amazing CVK Taksim Hotel Istanbul and customer service. Rooms are bright and clean. Their staff are always present if you need anything.
