i recently stayed at swandor topkapi palace in room 8101 for a week. while the stay was generally enjoyable, there were a few notable issues. the room itself was refurbished, clean, and very comfortable. however, it was extremely noisy at night as we could hear the music from the neighboring Swandor Hotels & Resort Topkapi Palace - All Inclusive’s parties until well past midnight every evening, which made it difficult to relax. another downside was the mosquito problem—i was bitten every single night despite having a repellent plugged in. on the positive side, the food at the main buffet restaurant was excellent, with a great variety that catered to all tastes. my only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast options, as i found the selection lacking for european guests. the turkish à la carte restaurant, which is included in the stay, was a highlight. i highly recommend booking it in advance—it was by far the best meal we had during the trip. entertainment options were varied, though i didn’t participate much. drinks were generally good, but i did encounter a few very young and untrained bartenders who seemed unfamiliar with the cocktail menu. on multiple occasions, bartenders would deny that certain cocktails existed, even though i had just ordered them from a different bar. this inconsistency was frustrating. a suggestion to keep the drinks interesting would be to introduce a ‘cocktail of the day’ and rotate it daily—it could help maintain variety and make the experience more enjoyable for guests. overall, swandor topkapi palace has a lot to offer, but a few areas could use some improvement.

We stayed there for 3 nights with family and friends. The resort was top notch with superb amenities. The service was also top notch. The spread for breakfast lunch dinner as also the bar was wide. However i feel they should have more vegetarian options in the menu with some specially for Indians looking at to so many Indians in the resort. Adding an indian vegetarian dishes can give a good option to indians.

The location of the resort was very far from downtown. Facilities were not upto mark as what they are charging. Food was normal and the menu was not that excellent was average. Amenities were few and not covering all age group.
