Ramada Plaza Antalya

The room was very spacious and the hotel location is perfect to explore the Main Street by walking. The breakfast spread was huge and the views were stunning. Throughly enjoyed our stay at Ramada Plaza Antalya.

The all inclusive package hardly offers any vegetarian options. The staff is quite rude when u ask them what’s vegetarian. The location is fine … the rooms are okay not that Great. The approach to the pool was quite sad and a bit unhygienic. The Sheesha was not kept clean. Even though the location was right for Sheesha we preferred going somewhere else for Sheesha

Our 3 night stay at deluxe triple room with sea view was excellent, spacious rooms , staffs were cooperative, breakfast was huge and tasty, lot of activities to do , only disappointed with their AC system during the winters .

Worst customer service ever got in an hotel never ever book this property. Guest relationship manager was also not responsive for anythings. No water no blanket, paper glasses in room, no towels, just single beds available.

Bad and rude service. Issues with room allocation. Booked a deluxe room and was allotted an economy due to some tech issues.

We had opted for economy room for 3. The room size for small but cozy. There was no beach in the property - there was beach view ( rocky beach -not sand beach). Staff did not brief about any amenities on property. There was apparently a paid kids area - reception had no idea of the cost - and we struggled to find it on our own but failed. The only good thing about the property was the concierge desk which can help you book tours and transfers at competitive rates. The property is more suited for business visits - will not recommend for families

Property is very good. Rooms are spacious. Location is approx 30 mins away from airport and 10 mins walk from central antalya say hayden gate. The food is good and with lot of options. I would recommend to stay here and i will be staying again when i plan next

Booked deluxe room but allotted economy at the hotel, no resolution even. Pathetic experience.

Food and location of property is good. In room housekeeping can be better. There is no doorbell, even daily refills are not done unless asked for.

Most of the things didnt go well. I would strongly recommend indian and foreign travellers to stay away from this hotel and not go by the 5 stars. Please go through last few reviews on google and other platforms to be sure of my concerns. We booked two rooms and were travel-ling with infant. 1. No infant support or baby food. We had to arrange for ourselves. 2. No toothbrush or toothpaste. First time ever i experienced in any star hotel. 3. We had to take full 4 heavy suitcases by ourselves at 7 am while checking out because as per the reception, that service only starts at 8 am in the morning. 4. Rooms are horribly lit 5. Kettle was dirty 6. Had to request them to give 2 complimentary watter bottles multiple times. 7. You only get pas-tic cups. Any plates or cups is 5 euros! 8. Employess have pretty down attitude tpwards the customers.

The staff was horribly rude, they denied to let me have lunch even tho its in my booking. They only give 1 litter water bottle per day then you ll have to buy from outside. They dint even provided cups, no room cleaning after 10 times calls. Extremely poor guest services

One of the best property at a really good location 5 mins of walking and u will have all the hookah bars and all happening places. Rooms have semi sea view but they upgraded my room for free and only thng is u really have to wait to get the room. They have their own beach area its fab u will love it overall i will say it was a good experince.

This property is really fantastic, it's private beach and passage to that beach is really interesting. Staff is very well mannered. The buffet is very very vast with many varieties. Really loved everything about this hotel.

The hotel staff was terrible. There was no bed sheet in hotel available we got room at 4 pm refrigerator was not working air conditioner was slow they charge for juice in breakfast extra pathetic experience never visit this hotel

was a little disappointed with ramada reception staff we made it very clear that our breakfast boxes should be of pure veg but it was made non veg, when enquired they say this was we have the packing was equal to trash but the buffet chef was very helpful getting us necessary food without meat and egg otherwise the hotel is very very good

The hotel is at a very good location. Close to old town and many attractions. However, staff is kind of cold and proper teaining needs to be given them to treat guests.

The hotel itself was ok not up to the 5star standards at all. The staff was rude and didn’t speak politely. The food was terrible and cold most of the times. We had only one dinner at the hotel and regretted it as it was an overpriced buffet with barely any good options to eat. Disappointed in the stay and the hotel.

Ramada plaza is good in all aspects.

Ramada antalya location is too good quite near to old town, there breakfast buffet is huge and mood restaurant vibes are exceptional. Would recommend to everyone, they had piano show as well. Pool was too big and all things are quite near to hotel
