Antalya Crowne Plaza Four Nights. 25-29 Jul 25. Fine stay. Many positives. Few issues which need attention . Staff was found unaware of sports and spa facilities, their timings. The sport arena with 3 facilities table tennis, Foosball and pool table...all 3 need working equipment. A shame that such small things are not in shape. The timing of pool and tunnel need revision. They can't open at 8am and 10am. Food in restaurant needs variety. Very limited variety available.

The reception staff was non co operative AC was not working properly and they didn’t change the room also they don’t understand proper English

The location is awesome the view from my room balcony to service n everything was good we have taken breakfast that was also good

The property's location is excellent and right next to the beach. The sea view room is worth the extra price and gives a refreshing experience for the stay. The service is generally fast and the staff is generally polite.

Location is a bit far from major tourist attractions. Also breakfast spread is not very go od. Need to increase items in bakery sections muffiins, donuts etc. Service was excellent.

The location was good but cleanliness was a problem. The rooms are very small. The linen given was used and old

2 rooms were booked in this booking. Below is a extensive set of issues and also few pics not sure why this is categorised as 5, it is not on parameter. Below are the list of issues 1) few pics of bath room attached, wc button not working and shower not working 2) the front desk service is very poor and rude. 3) charging for water when given to kids 4) gym equipment's not working and also lights not working - health and safety hazard 5) the indoor swimming pool is has a make shift area for toddlers but the medal bars are sharp edges 6) the travel desk person is not visible in 3 days and neither has responded to our calls 7) hot chocolate is provided with crowne plaza milk chocolate but when asked the lady showed empty cup and said it’s finished 8) the breakfast area was closed by 0945 and they started removing all things from there. So few people missed breakfast 9) room allotment happened at around 1430, so 30 mins late than scheduled 10) broken wall panels and very old furniture. Liquid gel not refilled, toilet paper not restocked, house keeping very poor. 11) the front desk team min-as and fir-at while they listened. They started defending and didn’t acknowledge the problems and didn’t give any assurance either. The gentleman was actually ignoring what we say and didn’t care that a 7 yr old boy waited for 15 mins for towel. 12) when we arrived at the hotel and asked for food at main restaurant on ground floor, the lady said it’s closed and go to 10th and now at 10pm it’s opened and when asked what happened, they said they have to open it for chinese and korean guests. Wow! this is such a biased hotel. 13) the duvet is smaller than the bed size and doesn’t fit 2 people. 14) we had to prompt them to switch on gym lights and ac and also the staff at bar was rude so much that they 7 yr old boy asked for water and the lady said “take it and pay for it” worst ever ihg and hotel experience globally! the lady confirmed that this is a franchise and other guests beside us confirmed that this hotel has such issues which are not addressed and the front desk doesn’t take things seriously

Great views but a small drive away from the marina and the old bazaar, this hotel offers quite a peaceful stay, warm reception and lovely amenities

Hotel was good but the rooms are slightly smaller and the view from the room could have been better. Also, it is just better to stay near lara beach instead of here for tourists. Apart from that, service could have been better and was not of ihg standards.

The room was decent size but there was only 1 charging socket, toilet was not clean and the lights were not working properly.
