very good location, good service, good breakfast but many items not refilled once finished on serving table (not good), very good travel desk support and tour prices.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the room allocation during my recent stay at your hotel, My booking was for two single-bed standard rooms for two adults and two children (ages 3 and 8, from 26th September to 28th September. However, upon arrival, we were forced to accept a family room instead of the standard rooms we had booked. Moreover, we were charged an additional 100 euros for this room, which was unexpected and disappointing, given that the original booking clearly did not include this arrangement. This situation left a very bad first impression of your hotel. I trust that you will investigate this situation and respond with an appropriate resolution.

Everything was good, food, location and cleanliness, except for the reception, where a large sum of money was requested to upgrade the room. There is no one to help you carry bags upon arrival and upon departure.

Hotel is in a happening location spot on. Room are clean but nothing 5 star. All inclusive is a waste, same food prepared in bulk.

Good staff good food good rooms all things groat

Beautiful sea view from sea view family suite. All inclusive food and drinks were good. I would suggest to keep at-least one item of chicken except beef at tge midday snack counter. Pool activities were fun. Had a great stay.

It's a good property with amazing location, just opposite beach with access directly to beach through tunnel. This property is surrounded with amazing restaurants all around. Good number of activities planned in hotel daily with all inclusive menu of drinks and food makes it too good. Enjoyed a lot

So glad that we stayed at this property. We were staying in a suite which had a spectacular view. Highly recommend this place. The food here was excellent with so much variety. Can't wait to be back here someday.
