We had a pleasant stay, very close to the beach and most of the attractions. The service was good. the breakfast was a bit disappointing as it was the same menu for all 5 days of my stay and nothing for vegetarians except for fruits . overall the stay was good. clean pool. polite staff and clean rooms.

Rooms and the entire property are average, clean rooms. But all over breakfast is not good, no options for vegetarians. fir time is see Tea in orange colour. juice is simple water in pinch of flavour.

If your room is not convenient, you can contact the reception at any time to arrange for a technician to check or request a room change in case there is a vacant room. All of our bathrooms have hot water and exhaust fans. As for tea and coffee, we have prepared enough for breakfast only. If you need more, you can use the vending machine downstairs in the lobby or the convenience store near the hotel at any time.

This hotel is one of the worst (welcome plaza hotel pattaya) i have never seen this type of hotel & i have visited 10 to 15 times to pattaya understated in so many different hotels but this is the worst. They're not even giving the minimum requirements like towel, water, wifi isn't working at all. In breakfast cold egg half boil is served, butter is given, but it's not butter, send anyone & check. I'm not responding anyone to visit this hotel till day improve the their service and quality the receptionists are very rude

soloThat room was terrible and smelly. After paid another 600THB I got a room where I stayed. Before that I paid arround INR2600/-After paid 600THB I didn't get chance for breakfast. It was very old property. Lift is not working. Very worst experience in my life after Hyderabad The Keyers hotel. Please don't do cheating with innocent coustomer.
