The staff is very very and extremely rude ,they just want to take money from the tourist ,they charged from us ,according to them the towels were dirty ,which was impossible,we hav booked 2 rooms and how both the rooms towels were so dirty that it cannot be washed ,we brought the towel to the reception and prices that they were wrong but still they were adamant and took. very rude and stupidity staff

We had booking from MMT and this was Indian friendly as well we have nearest access to restaurants, cafe 10 min from JT Beach and night market.

We stayed there for two nights. The best thing about the hotel is very helpful and super friendly staff. I would specially like to mention the front desk team which is there to take care of your every need. The second best thing about the hotel is their location, which is just walking distance (600 meters) away from nice relaxing Jomtien Beach. The hotel also operates shuttle service to nearby locations beach, bus, station, etc. There is a restaurant near the main swimming pool which also serves Indian food. We ordered grilled fish there which was delicious. The hotel also upgraded us to ocean view room which had a very good view of the ocean. The bed was cozy and the room was big. The only downside was the bathroom. Although it was good but it does not match with the quality of the property. I might stay there next time only because of the staff.

Good stay no complaints taxi service expensive.
No warm water service in the bathroom.
