All was good only issue is lift not available at property. Rest everything is fine. Location is good.

One of the West Hotel no leaf Hotel and he's given room on fifth floor and they have said go for steps. It's also not nice. It's very worst hotel.No lift at hotal

I had a great stay at Thong Ta Resorts. The overall experience was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. The hotel staff were incredibly courteous, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. Although the property does not have a lift, the staff made sure to assist with every piece of luggage without hesitation, which really stood out and made a big difference. Their support made moving in and out of the room hassle-free. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and cozy. All basic amenities were available, and the housekeeping team did a good job of keeping everything neat throughout the stay. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly — ensuring a good night’s sleep. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers flying in or out of Bangkok, as it's close to the airport. Despite being near the airport, the environment was peaceful and quiet. The food at the in-house restaurant was enjoyable, and breakfast had a decent variety. Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable, and the airport shuttle service was prompt and efficient. Overall, I was very happy with my stay at Thong Ta Resorts and would recommend it for anyone looking for a budget-friendly, well-managed hotel near the airport.

We just stayed few hours and service was good. We were reaching to the hotel as we planned and the room was ready to occupy earlier. It was an good experience with the stay.

No lift, no one to carry luggage. When asked some random person is assigned who is horribly rude. He literally said you have legs so use it. Had to carry all bags by self.

Good hotel and short distance from airport just 10 to 15 minutes driving to reach in hotel, it is economical in comparation to hospitality, no room service available and no indian food available nearby hotel, no restaurant available inside the hotel because existing restaurant is not working.

This property is truly valuable for money. Property is located near the market area, so all are accessible within walking distance. Rooms are quite bigger compared to the price and quality of services. I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for less budget and nearest for the airport for short stay.

It was a really good experience. The whole staff are really friendly and accommodating. The place is more than enough for what i paid for.

Room is not good. Their are lots of mosquitoes in the room. Water from ac is dropped in the room. Room is not cleaned properly, water was spreaded on the floor of the room

Only good for staying to take a flight for suvarnabhumi airport it's not that near to the airport staff is good they arranged taxi for you which will charge only 150thaibhat

Very far from city. The room is not as clean there was spider on bed and the bed was not comfortable at all there were springs in the bed

Very good location near airport. Hotel is very neat and clean. Well maintained. Many food stall available at outside of the hotel. Only one thing is not available that is elevator. Staff is also not enough. They did not carry the luggage to room. If u don't have elevator then have to keep enough staff to carry luggage.

They don’t elevator they have 5 floor still no lift. No bell boy .. telephones does not work .. I request on reception to stay for 2 hour extra because of my flight but they charged me 200 extra
