Excellent Service !! This is my permanent Hotel, I always stay in this Hotel , please visit this Hotel . all service is excellent , this is the best Hotel in BANGKOK.

I visited many hotels but Landmark is excellent one . If you want to go Bkk you must stay at Landmark.

The buffet breakfast was not upto the mark. Very very limited options. No maincourse was available except musali and eggs. We had a stay for 3 nights. One of the days the staff didn’t cleaned our room despite of continuous reminders. We went outside twice on that day which was 31st dc but the room was still dirty. We got it clean in front of ourselves which was sleeping time 11 pm which was irritating and disappointing.

Landmark hotel is compact 31 storey tower hotel. I recently stayed at Hotel Landmark Bangkok and had a rather average experience. The hotel is on the pricier side, and while it's centrally located, I found the room to be smaller than expected for the price. The furnishings were fine, but nothing special. One issue that stood out was the language barrier with some of the staff—while most were friendly, a few had difficulty communicating in English, which made things a bit frustrating at times. I also had an unpleasant interaction with the gym staff. They seemed a bit arrogant and not very welcoming, which definitely soured the experience. For the cost, I was hoping for better service and amenities. Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay, but it certainly didn’t meet the expectations I had based on the price and the hotel's reputation.

The stay was amazing. The breakfast is average, the pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. Smoking rooms were very clean. 11th floor has a lovely sun deck, where you can smoke too. The roof top restaurant and bar are excellent with breath taking views of the city. The front office was totally confused with the checkin and kept sending notes about payment not received inspite of making full payments through booking agents. Would recommend pay at property for a seamless stay. The hotel location is excellent!

A luxurious hotel. The staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious, have a view, and a lively location. The rooms are beautiful and clean. It is worth trying and listening.

Pros-Very comfortable hotel. Good size rooms.. very good bathroom! Comfortable beds. Reception staff is very helpful-the hotel is in the heart of Sukhumvit- very well connected by BTS. Cons- parts of hotel are getting renovated- their USP has been an open cafe, which is under construction. The kitchen gets closed by 10.30 pm, so very very limited food options. Breakfast menu is also limited, not too many options as compared to other hotels and the staff in the breakfast hall is on the clock and mechanical. At sharp 1030- breakfast is over… so pls be on time!

Very good hotel. Location is in the heart of the city many restaurants around. Staff is nice and polite. Very eagre to surve your needs. Rooms are clean and spacious. Value for money.

Excellent hotel. Staff is very supportive. Property location is perfect and u have metro station in 2 min walking distance. Also all the places like platinum mall, indra market is 10 to 15 min distance from cab or tuk tuk. Specially liked hospitality of housekeeping and security. Must stay place in bangkok. . Rooms are very clean and upto the mark
