I recently had a wonderful experience at the Ramada Wyndham Hotel Bangkok. The overall quality of the stay was very good, but what truly stands out is the great location. Being situated very near the Nana BTS station made exploring the city incredibly convenient, which is a huge advantage for any traveler. The hotel's amenities were very nice and contributed significantly to a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the clean and well-maintained pool, and the shower and washroom facilities were excellent. What truly set this hotel apart was the customer service. The entire staff was very good, but I must give a special shout-out to the lady at the reception, whose warm and efficient service was truly exceptional—she deserves a full 5 stars! I highly recommend this hotel for its combination of prime location and outstanding hospitality.

The hotel does not feel like Wyndham property, it is pretty old, poorly designed and tucked inside a tiny lane of Sukhumvit Soi 11. The lamp was just in middle of the bed and kept hitting the head, overhead shower was not properly functioning. Our cab was not able to go inside and everytime we had to carry our luggage. On the positive side, hotel had good choice of vegetarian food. Ok hotel if you just need a place to sleep for quick in-out trip to Bangkok.

No front lobby as the hotel is in the interior part of a building, Breakfast was poor with limited spread, No Spa.

The hotel is excellently located in the heart of the city. Every major attraction is close and plenty of food options around. The rooms were very big and clean. Breakfast can be better with a wider spread, but the taste is okay.

Had an excellent stay experience at ramada. The staff was extremely kind. Also, it’s situated at a place where you have night life, market and also a few India restaurants at a distance of 100-200 meters. The cafe opposite the India food restaurant serves the best mango sticky rice.

we choose standard room. standard room was super small. during check-out they said to wait and said that they will first check the room and then will allow to leave the hotel, this shows their cheap attitude towards Guest, whereas while check-in they didn't ask to check the rooms if all was fine. we asked for upgrade as the room was super small they said it will charge for 1500 THB additional.
