Very bad experience AC not working good bed quality so so bad and bed blanket so bad with bad smell

The most horrible hotel and their staff First of all my friends were very upset when we found out that this is a non smoking hotel !! There was no where mentioned about this while booking !! Secondly the smoking area near the swimming pool closes at 10 !! How could one dine drink and smoke and where can you do??

Mr. Pist ( GM) of the hotel is very customer friendly and he is having more interaction with customers to do best for them in facility and customer needs. Front office staff Lily is very empain dealing customer. A comfortable stay, rooms were clean.

Hotel is good, near to nana plaza, comfortable for couples, anyone can chose at the budget of 3-4K…..

Location is good, No food facilities at the property. In spite of sending a request via mail for a firm mattress, provided with a regular soft mattress. Early check in was given, which was a life saver.

Not in a convenient location. Hotel does not provide shuttle service to metro station. Also the pillows are so high and Inspite of multiple requests they did not provide lower pillows!!

Excellent location. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a well stocked minibar. The receptionist was helpful. They also have a small swimming pool on the roof for a quick dip. Good value for money. Perfect option for a short budget stay.

The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable king-sized bed and fresh linens. The bathroom was also clean and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who assisted with my travel arrangements.

Location is great on Soi 13, and everything is nearby. Services are quite good with reasonable prices

I was staying in the superior room of this hotel and it was having all necessary room amenities in perfect working condition.This hotel is located in sukhumvit 13 and is just walking distance from Asok as well as Nana BTS sky train station.No complain about the stay !

The property is well-located, but there are a few drawbacks. Breakfast is not available, the on-site restaurant seems to be outsourced, and the service is quite slow. However, the front desk service is satisfactory

Nice place to stay with family. Good staff and services. It was pleasant stay with clean room, rooftop swimming pool, etc. Thanks to kamin for free shuttle bus service.
