The best hotel and convenient, I have ever stay. This is my best stay in dubai, I love this stay because this is near the attractions and the buses to travel

It's very cosy and 7eleven is near and a lot of other shops are also near the hotel and it's in the center of Bangkok

Location is good, near to metro station, 7eleven is near, free wifi in lobby and room, no extra chargey, no restrictions on outside food, good and clean room. We were fully satisfied with the hotel

My stay at MetroPoint Bangkok hotel was fantastic! The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed,I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok

The stay was pleasant and the hotel staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again on another visit.

Love the food

We have booked 4 rooms and all rooms are clean and everything in good working condition. Close to main road and 30mins drive to airport.

Pros: spacious rooms with balcony and metro is near. Thai food courts and mall nearby Cons: breakfast spread was less and not impressive. Location wise, outside of the city and takes ~40mins to reach most of the destinations . Hotel air conditioner needs a change

Most terrible experience. the switches not working well they are broken. Due to one of this reason we have to checkout early at the same day

The hotel is excellent, the rooms, ambience everything's great but not all the staff know english yet the service is good

Not good rooms, staff is not friendly, our stay was not managed properly, firstly receptionist send us to the room where a guest was already checked in and we only found out when we entered the room, food was not good at all, same food was served all days. Property is also not very good, no welcome drink was given on arrival, no ac in in waiting lobby, lack of properly trained staff. This was a good stay, staff were very nice and polite, even though they didn’t understand they tried to help as much as possible, rooms were good the only drawback for this hotel is if you are going to bangkok to explore nothing is nearby the property and you end up travel-ling at least 1 hours to reach any nearby attractions

Stay at metropoint was not good at all. Rooms were ok but the problem was in the breakfast. Not even a single vegetarian food only a bread was there for vegetarian. Travellers who vegetarian cannot be able to have breakfast in this hotel. Very bad with hotel management.

It was good, but some amenities were not good for us.

It was very outside the city.
