Overall lacks all kind of comfort and practicality. even the staff tried to take money from me saying a spoon is missing.I'm here for a holiday. and it was there cleaner who actually took it. the design is so pathetic in terms of cars that the bathroom door doesn't shut only. even cars doors shut. overall my stay everywhere in thailand this hotel was the worst one. the crew was terrible, no room service nothing. it's like living in a hostel not a hotel at all.

Being a car enthusiast I thought this would be a unique kind of stay, but no. Every minute of stay here was disappointing. 1 - I was stopped at the reception while checkout for a missing spoon can you believe that? I saw the cleaning guy pick 1 of 2 spoons, and guess what it is all to trick travellers to pay extra. They will try to waste your time so you pay extra. Each item lost or spoilt they have kept 10 times the price of it's actual. 2 - Even the bathroom door doesn't close so you have to sleep while seeing the bathroom. 3 - No concierge or any kind of service. pathetic services. it's more of a hostel than a hotel. 4 - More rules than the army, but also they don't make any sense. 5- Terrible Receptionist girl. doesn't know how to talk and had an attitude like she's a heroine or something but was nothing more than a loser. Everyone either comes for work or tourism, not to deal with all of this trash. If you are used to 4-5 star hotels, this hotel will spoil your mood. Stay away from this place.

The hotel was amazing. The decor was out of this world. A lot of thought went into designing this hotel. The rooms were very clean. The service was excellent. A very good value for money.
