Grand Alpine Hotel

hotel was ok but the breakfast was really bad. I won't recommend this hotel if someone prefer good breakfast. without breakfast everything is ok for budget.

It was a comfortable stay , the receptionists were nice and polite , the staff hospitality was great . Will surely visit again and i highly recommend this hotel for tourists and other people who want to experience the shopping scene and the tasty cuisine of Thailand , ten steps from the Hotel and its a booming day and night market , i love it !!

You will not get an early check-in...it's only at sharp 2 pm. The housekeeping normally cleans the room in each and every hotel when tourists go out for sightseeing In this hotel the housekeeping staff comes when I go to have breakfast at 8.30 am . the WiFi is pathetic keeps on disconnecting everytime. Breakfast has limited 2 - 3 options , so paying 500 to 600 extra for breakfast does not make sense. hotel is in very narrow lane ,so one has to walk 800 or 900 metres to get a cab or tuk tuk. There is no view from the rooms.

We found that the room didn't live up to the price we paid. The shower in the bathroom wasn't working properly, and there was no shampoo or shower gel. Also, there was no washbasin in the bathroom, so we had to brush our teeth and wash our hands in the room. The hotel's Wi-Fi internet was extremely poor and practically unusable. The bed mattress in the room was very hard, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Overall, the hotel service was not good, and we didn't enjoy our stay at all.

We visited there on 5 june 2025 Honest reciew is that Very smelly room nd reception area nd even restaurant, free breakfast was included with our room but we could not eat breakfast coz of the smell in the hotel Worst conditions of rooms nd washrooms The bed was having wheels , so it was very discomfort while sleeping if change ur side bed also moves coz of wheels

Grand alpine is right near to pratunm market ,Transport hub phaya thai 1.8km away 3km from Nana plaza . Breakfast is pretty average .

The Receptionist and Travel agent in that hotel are frauds. selling Bankok to Pattaya 180 Thai bhats bus ticket for 700 thai bhats. worst hotel. Even Bed has bugs and bathroom is not having flush to clean. Worstttt hotel in Bangkok.

Location is very good. Rooms are spacious and washroom are also good.But breakfast for Indians have very limited options. Daily they are providing puri bhaji or chola Bhatura.Once worst thing is that A.C was not working properly and After complaining problem was not solved properly.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. Basic amenities like toothpaste and a towel were not provided, which I believe should be standard. Additionally, the listing mentioned a bathtub, but there was none in the room. This kind of misinformation and lack of essentials made my stay less comfortable than expected.

The location of this hotel is hard to find as this hotel is located in narrow streets. Rooms are okay but not wide. The washroom needs maintenance. Buffet is not gud

Property Location and food is good but the quality of rooms has not been matched as shown in details. bath tub was mentioned in my booking but there is no bath tub in my room
