Everything great except two things i.e. lighting of rooms in very low, during rain showers the streetway to hotel is filled with water of upto 5-10 inches

Average place not that great, ac is not working properly. Its on a little outskirts of bangkok so if you just want it for one night and you want a place near airport then okay. But overall very average and rooms look like makeshift

I had the worst experience while checking in the hotel. The staff are very bad. No manners to talk with guest. They kept denying my check in after 12, tell me that they have cancel-led my booking

They need to have at least one staff in the front office who can speak good English. At present they are 90 percent illiterate in English.

This hotel is ok average stay location in the City

Very far from the city but a nice Place.

The only problem here is that they don't let you check in early. And it's deep down in a lane that seems a bit dangerous. However they do provide shuttle to and fro the main Road.

We did enjoy our stay there. Everything was upto the mark except the location. Its far fetch it became inconvenient to commute. Still rest of the services were praiseworthy. Shuttle service did serve well but their behaviour was rude.

Baron Zotel hotel is very good one. Staff is also supportive. It's located in bang Kapi so, this is very far from bang na and Sukhumvit Road. So you have to travel much more than other. Thank you

Staff was good. Good room tuk-tuk is free.

Since I was in Bangkok for shopping, hotel location do not let you to do so. No street shopping is available nearby. Breakfast was included in hotel but there was only bread, tea and coffee were available, no buffet was there, so slightly disappointed

Hotel staff are very good and friendly beyond exception, room was very small seems like you constructed room, not recommended for Indians to stay because no Indian food or Indian restaurant is available Around nearby, Indian restaurant are 1 hour away from this hotel and bit away from central Bangkok city.
