Hotel Century

This was my second stay in century hotel after a couple of years. It has old world charm combined with modern comforts as well as caring staff

Great location, accessed the scheduled locations on time

Worst service ever in the history of the service industry.
While the room was awful in more ways than one, what stood out was the awful service of the concierge/reception. Completely dismissive, rude, and totally apathetic to the fact that a guest had come in after a 15 hour flight. My reservation was cancelled because I landed late and it was the hotel that cancelled my reservation without any acknowledgement from me. They not so gentle man had me wait 4 hours before giving me a room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, room service never answers their call and when they do, they take over an hour to deliver. food was bad too.

Bed very small, rooms cramped, poor value for money. Not recommended. Better choice at much cheaper price availability in near vicinity. Sad made this choice. Even WiFi was charged separately at a very high price. The lifts and interior were also in a bad shape
