Much can be improved

Superb location. Comfortable room. Minus points only spanish channels on TV. No milk sachets in the room they assume you'll have your coffee black. Rude lady serving breakfast. Only scrambled eggs served not even boiled! Laia at the reception is warm and sweet. The rest are indifferent.
