The check in was a pleasure, the room was fresh but the kettle and tea were missing, there was no basic crockery in the room, like cups, plate and glasses. The breakfast on offer was a disappointment, advice not to include in the plan as you can get better options in nearby restaurants. The checkout too was as smooth as butter. The cab for the airport was booked by the Ibis Barcelona Santa Coloma and it came dot on time. The staff was very cooperative and courteous.

The property was ready with our rooms on time and was clean. The Ibis Barcelona Santa Coloma also had well stocked restaurant and with available food. The location is easily accessible by metro and bus.

When we are paying so much for a room they should at least provide a coffee maker & proper glasses for drinking water
