Visited this property during the second week of September 2017. Upon arrival the staff at the reception told that the room was not ready as we had arrived before the time of the check-in. The staff was downright rude in conveying her point and expressed her helplessness which was not the actual case. Later on requesting she agreed to give the room at an "extra" fees of 30 euros ( For cleaning the room and allowing early check in). The entire hotel was having a bad odour, the rooms were not clean at all, the walls of the room had stains on it. The bathroom was relatively clean but still not clean enough. The complimentary breakfast had limited choice of food items. Nearest metro station ( Monumental) was 700 m away and taxi available on call. Overall a bad experience with this budget. Not recommended.
