Horrible stay

Upon reaching you cannot checkin early if you came before 15:00, we have find to place store luggage, the virtual key card is not working and when we called customer support it speaks in spanish which didn't understand, we requested a local to translate it for us which was very unpleasant then their was no bathing soap and being virtual their is not one to speak to , then the next day AC was not working and upon calling customer support was picking up, we texted on whatsapp as got the reply that being the centralised system other guest might have turned it off, to which i think it should be regulated by the property owner not rhe guest. Over all in will urge you not to book you stay here.
