Poor Stay

Few things were supposed to be in the room but wasn’t there. The room was supposed to be spacious and with balcony but it had no balcony. Also the minibar was included in the booking price but they told me that you will be charged for all the items you will consume from the minibar. Also the Room was supposed to have slipper and iron but it didn’t have.
