Savoy Seychelles Resort & Spa

The property is at the best beach in Seychelles I will say. The location is 14 km from Mahe Airport and typically costs 50-60 Euro one way which I felt was too high. Hotel should provide pickup at a reasonable price. Breakfast has wide varieties from Fruits, Juices, Veg, Non Veg foods. The swimming pool was excellent and proximity to the beach at just 100 MTRS from property was a major attraction. Snorkeling and boat ride can be done behind the property at Beau Vallou Beach

Savoy is probably the most common 5 star people book in Seychelles but honestly its not worth it. The room provided was complete damp throughout the stay. We couldn’t walk without room slippers. The property is a bit old. The reception staff are not curt and sometimes feel rude. Car parking was crowded and few staff folks did not bother to help bring it to the reception. Did not get 5 star attitude and feeling. Only positives: breakfast which is a good spread and a few staff who were kind enough.

Overall stay was good, but there are few elements that i want to bring up, they took 4 hours to bring up our luggage to the room, we called the reception around 5-6 times after which we got our luggage, except for that our stay was good, we stayed here for 2 nights.

Extremely disappointed with the experience. Firstly the ac vent in the bedroom was not working. Telephone and tv were not working, for this room service came in after more than an hour to fix it. Food options in the breakfast menu were very limited and not up to the mark. Along with this after checking out we asked for a bottle of water which was also charged to us. This is definitely the worst experience i have had in a 5 star hotel. I urge everyone reading this to not book this hotel and go for other 5 star resorts.

The overall stay was good, the service was good. Restaurant from lunch perspective could be improved as there were very few options specially for vegetarians or people who don't eat sea food

Will not recommend this to anyone. Experienced the hospitality in the Hilton it was amazing.
The hospitality was bad, especially the manager named Jelina. For the first two nights she gave us a cheaper room class with no view by saying that this is classed as ocean view room. Additionally none of our request early check-in or late check-out was entertained.

Nice location good beach good hotel perfect for relaxing holiday.
