Despite paying a high price for a 2-night stay at La Digue Lodge (Yellow House), Seychelles, the experience was utterly unacceptable: • No drinking water provided—told room service was unavailable. • Ants everywhere in the room and bathroom. • Bathroom drains were clogged, water wouldn’t drain. • Dirty and smelly blankets, foul odor throughout. • Food quality was extremely poor. This was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. The cost paid did not reflect the abysmal hygiene, cleanliness, service, or food provided.

The check-in process was excessively slow and inconvenienced us, and we were also asked to check out early. While the property was nice, the rooms were quite small for the amount we spent, making it challenging to open both our bags. Additionally, the rooms we were provided did not match the images we were shown.
