Tulip inn Hotel

No one cleaned the room since 3 days. Support staff are arrogant and don’t serve the guests. The washroom is pathetic with water leakage from wash basin. I reported this on first day but in vain. I need compensation for my stay here. Will put on social media

Location is very bad, you have to face numerous amount of traffic. Food is also average they serve same breakfast everyday.

Very bad service and please if you are traveling with family don’t book this ladies cannot walk down alone it’s between lab-our camps

Very bad experience in stay cockroaches in room when you switch on lights at night. No cleaning of room no proper service shady rooms towels not kept when replaced. Toiletries not available properly. I booked for 9 days and changed in 2 days it self.

Overall a very comfortable stay at tulip inn riyadh, location is crowded but the hotel is good & i feel comfortable. Rooms was quite big & ample space. Breakfast was ok.

It’s a third class hotel with shady people. Worst locality and totally filthy. Dirty washrooms. Dirty curtains. Worst ambience. Piegions outside window through out night. Totally unhygienic breakfast. This surely is not tulip chain hotel. It’s for lab-our class who can’t afford and stay in groups in one room. You should not have them on your portal as we got cheated as we don’t live below 4 or 5 star

One of the worst stay ever in my life. Bad smell when you enter the room and the service and all the arrangements were worst to the core. Never had this kind of worst experience in my life.

When we reached the hotel there was no parking to get down from our car to unload our luggage. Parked the car 500 meters away as there was no dedicated parking as mentioned in your booking. No english speaking staff at reception even showing the booking reference they are not considering. With great difficulty checked in with help of arabic-english speaking people. Overall very bad experience.

Break fast very bad, location ok, service not good. Not worth the money

The hotel is located in a hugely crowded road, no car parking available. Services are less than zero. It can hardly be called a hotel. Perhaps good to be a shelter to destitute orphans. When you go to tulip hotel Riyadh be assured your calls and your complaints have no one to hear you. The extension phone connected to reception only and only rings never get answered. The house keeping don't come daily or maybe once in 3 days. Restaurants talk only and only Arabic and they never send you the order that you need. You are basically on your own and on the mercy of god. Good thing about the rooms are its spacious as compared to other hotels in the region but at the same time it's old. The area of the hotel is over crowded with people from Bangladesh and Pakistan majorly and it's very very untidy. overall stay was not so great

This was a business trip and I wanted to stay in a place or area which is lively in the evening. Baths area is exactly that kind of a place. Lot of places to shop and eat and also a safe area to move Around. In short it was a good stay

Took very long to check-in. The rooms were not ready.

It was nice stay. Rooms are quite big, spacious and bathroom is awesome with a bathtub. Enjoy your stay and don't forget to go to swimming pool.

The room was good by size and maintain good. The bad was well made. WiFi signal was so weaker and I can't find any assistance from the reception perhaps the reception person only speaks native language. Secondly there was no water bottles in room, the bottles in the mini bar was cold, no option for a water at room temperature. Bathroom cleaning need to improve and supplies need more options there was only one soap and shampoo. And no enough towels, for 2 people occupancy only one bath towel and one hand towel.

No parking and poor WiFi could able to connect WiFi during my stay ... No paste and toothbrush available Hotel, location is good. You can do shopping nearby. Hotel staff was excellent Bed and room are very clean.
