The stay experience with terrible due to the following: 1) They take more than half an hour to check the reservation which is confirmed and paid. 2) The room is terrible and a lot of insects everywhere. 3) I and my partner insists to change the room and after long disscusion they agreed. 4) The new room has insects in bathroom. 5) The bed sheets was not clean. 6) The towels was not clean. 7) No water or any other drinks served in the room. 8) The furnature of the room is old. 9) The bed size is small, which can't fit me, I am 170 cm tall.

When we arrived at 2 pm at the hotel, the staff refused to check-in us and said that it is only possible after 4 p. M. We showed them that check-in time as per the voucher is 2 p. M. But the staff said that we don't have anything to do with the voucher. Apart from that everything wss okay
