Great breakfast and rooms not bad

We stayed two nights here. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. Room wasn't bad at all but we felt that the AC wasn't cooling as much as we would've liked. The first night we woke up sweating and called reception at 4 am. Don't know what they did but it started cooling a bit. The second night was less sweaty and all this in December. I'm thankful we weren't staying in the summer. Staff is friendly and courteous and all requests were handled promptly and professionally.

Room size ok. Window was little small. Bathroom & Best Western Sur room was clean. Lobby good. Have good facilities like swimming pool, pool table, table tennis etc. Breakfast was good.

Nice Best Western Sur and comfortable stay. Very close to key locations and shopping centre with good facilities
