A great place to stay in Queenstown

Clearly one of the best choice of stay in Queenstown - if you get a Full Lake View Room. Location: The location is perfect if you wish to stay close to the important streets in the town. Had stunning views from the balcony (of the full lake view room). Room: We had actually booked a standard room. We upgraded to the full lake view room. The room was spacious, warm and clean. People: The staff at the reception were cordial, accommadative and helpful. The housekeeping does a great job. The travellers help desk was very helpful. They do seem a little short of staff at times and might take time to revert, but the existing staff make up for it. People are great but probably the admin should look at increasing the staff numbers. Food: (Vegetarian) Breakfast Buffet- Being vegetarians there were limited options on the breakfast menu and repetitive. This is one area they could work on. The ala carte menu was generally good but limited. (vegetarian) But then good food including the famous Freg Burger and Bombay Palace is just a lane away.
