The Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa has an excellent location with nice layout of the rooms. There is lot of space with comfortable sitting arrangement outside of the rooms to enjoy the fantastic scenic beauty and the landscape around. Well connected to town through shuttle and airport taxi - it provides great flexibility to whenever and wherever one wants to visit the town. Breakfast spread was good and staff offered a number of vegetarian options on request. Would definitely select the Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa again during next visits to the city.

Its a bit away from City center, however the rooms are very modern. They offer a free shuttle to the city center, but the frequency is very less. If you take a taxi from City to Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa - it costs about $50 each way. Strangely they levy a surcharge if you want a cappuccino with your breakfast.

Perfect setting and views from the room. Absolutely clean and beautiful property. We stayed for 4 days. Breakfast was good but repetitive. The set menu didn't change much though they accepted specific orders. The only con could be the distance from central Queenstown. You will need a car to get around.

We just loved our stay at Hilton. It was simply amazing, spacious rooms & excellent room service. We had great time together on our honeymoon. All in all it was very good & I will love to come again.

Very good property with all facilities. Nice rooms we enjoyed a lot. A perfect holiday destination. Very good connectivity to the city also. Very promt response to all services and would recommend everyone to stay and enjoy the hospitality with Hilton.

The best Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa experience I had during my stay in New Zealand was in Hilton Queenstown. The room was luxurious, good and the lake view made the experience even better. If you are staying on Queenstown, Hilton is a must.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms and bathrooms are magnificent. We stayed in the guest king room. The shuttle is a good service to go to Queenstown. Wish they had a late night service as well. Enjoyed the stay there.

Less option for Indian vegetarian food please see to it as we were large. Rest everything was good. Just one more thing 2bottles of water everyday per room is like global standards.
