Good Stay
Great property, the location is right in front of lake tekapo, the suites have all the necessary equipment for cooking and the rooms were comfortable. Perfect for a family.

coupleLocation is very good. Just near the lake. Never stayed in any hotel where the bags are carried by the guest. The experience was quite new. Another new experience was that the reception said call us from room for any help. But the phone wasn’t working. Once you enter the room they ask you to keep the doors and windows closed so that insects and mosquitoes do not enter.

coupleThere were bees in the room. Staff was not friendly. Room was very congested and difficult to move around. The room location allocated was not ideal and overall bad experience.
