Our stay was lovely. The location is quite good with breathtaking views and staff was always available to help. Rooms were spacious and housekeeping was great! the only downside was that the spa pool wasn’t working well - the pressure points were broken so there was no point having a spa pool in operation. But all in all, fantastic stay!

Copthorne Copthorne Hotel & Apartments Queenstown Lakeview and apartment location is very beautiful and rooms are good. Excellent view of lake from room balcony. Kitchen related stuff is also available if somebody wants to use. Overall an excellent experience.
