The first 5 days of our stay we had virtually none existent water pressure .The beds had bigger mattresses than the bed base posing a danger when sitting or sleeping. The hotel claimed to have fixed the issue but this was not true .We had a do not disturb sign on our door but came back to find a maintenance guy in the room (zero respect for guest privacy )The room had proper water pressure after 5 days The hotel offered a room change on the condition we check out then check in again 3 hours later despite the fact we had plans made for the day ! There was no follow up to our complaint and a follow up e mail to the reception again stating the situation was answered after 2 days The hotel room was also extremely cold during the day Overall I would never recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a comfortable stay
