Good location nearby jetty terminal

Location of the Victoria Inn was good it is 5 min walking distance from the jetty terminal, I don't have much as I stayed for 1 night overall good stay thank you.

The room was spacious but hot water was not available. We booked for two nights and reached there late night since our flight from langkawi to penang was delayed. There was nobody at the reception. We asked the nearby shop guy who called the guy from the neighborhood victoria garden Victoria Inn and he attended us. The room given was not ready so he was kind enough to come n check and allotted us another room. We were so tired and when we went to take shower there was no hot water. The geyser provided did not work next day also and we complained to them and it was told it will be taken up after our checkout. The location is good walking distance to 3d art street, china town n indian village. Nice indian food was available at the indian village. Overall good place to stay in penang.
