Need to improve room lighting and bathroom water flow

I have stayed with family in two rooms, one room is upgraded to a large room and another one is a small twin bedroom. Everything is good with the Hotel NEO Plus but room lighting is dull and water flow in the bathroom is slow. Either you get too hot or too cold.

Had a comfortable stay at Hotel Neo Plus Penang. The location is excellent, service was good, and the amenities were well maintained. Only suggestion is to add a bit more variety to the breakfast spread. Overall, a solid stay and would recommend it.

Hotel is nearby little india, armenian street, top so good location. Have live band on weekends. Didn't find indian food nearby but have to go little india. Breakfast not having much variety. Air-conditioning not as good but maintaining cooling

Very nice Hotel NEO Plus and food I enjoyed a lot. Good Hotel NEO Plus. Receptionists are also very kind and the swimming pool is also very clean.
