The property is located at a very good place. You can shop around and lots of restaurants. Rooms are very good and spacious. Housekeeping is excellent. Safe stay. Hot water available. Overall very nice and satisfying stay. 🙂

1) very dirty place. 2) paid advance payment through make my trip on 7th oct 24, tax invoice submitted to diamond plaza but not show in their account. 3) they asked credit card number for verification and deducted by cheating inr 35000 without informing us and without otp from me. 4) service is so bad and manarless.

I like the hotel its excellent i like to stay again in my next trip. Zain syed breakfast was good. Service of the hotel is good.

Its little bit misleading, diamond plaza is hotel appartment which is in one wing and the hotel is known as cloud hotel which is in another wing, all amenities like restaurant, swimming pool is in another wing and you have to come to ground floor and then go to other wing. So if you don't wanna use services of the other wing staying in diamond plaza is fine.

Everything was good food gym pool service room

Fan was making lots of noise but no free toiletries as informed in the description. Lots of cockroaches there.

Too much cockroaches plus fan noise plus no free toiletries provided

Good stay with good breakfast.
Some noise issue at night from party room.

Worth to stay and breakfast and Indian food available nearby.
