The early check in request was denied but then 50USD was charged for that! The room had a broken phone so had to walk down to the reception for anything. The shower did not shower head and complaints gone unheard. Had to walk down to the reception two times and wait for 1.5 hours for water bottles at room!

First look of the hotel on entrance was pleasing. Staff was very cooperative. Food was very good at all the time.

The room is too small, we could have got better room and facility by paying less than 1/4th except the security there is nothing much to like in this hotel. Very tiny rooms, small bathroom, and roaches in room/bathroom. People are friendly but the quality of the service is not up to mark of star hotel. This hotel should be rated half of what is rated now.

Good service, and location if you want to be closer to the airport. The front office should be aware if there are any events going on that could cause delays and traffic jams especially for those guests going to the airport. The day I was going to the airport there was a marathon going on and there were partial roadblocks on Mombasa road leading to the airport.

Value for money. Different experience. Courteous staff. Good view to national park but due to construction of building and roads animals do not come near to hotel. Variety of food available at the restaurants and enjoy it with the spectacular view.
