I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, and i must say, it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. It's a great value for money. The city center is just about 2 dollars cab ride away. All major malls too are close. The hotel staffers are very friendly and caring. And best of all, the rooms are absolutely awesome more than matched to the intercontinental that I've stayed in before. The linen, the climate control; the washrooms. Yes, for a coffee or tea lover, the hotel may appear too stingy as what you get is just 2 sachets each of coffee, milk powder and tea and 4 of sugar. I'm sure they can do better. The breakfast in the lovely rooftop is usually good. Though, they certainly are erratic in their fare. On days they have a full fare of fruits and salads; on others, they will be ordinary, even missing butter and yogurt and bananas. Don't expect apples or uncut full fruits here or cheese.
It's a great hotel for the price. The only challenge seems to be the neighborhood. It is nearly impossible for a foreigner to walk outside in the street without feeling odd or uneasy or scared. The rooftop restaurant is awesome, especially for Indian food lovers.

Hotel is located in a lane and surrounded by residential buildings ... With no free space as such. Service is so and no promptness at all. There was no hot water in our rooms and we were required to use another room for taking Bath. However they have Indian restaurant where you get good Indian food.

Nice room, excellent people with excellent service. Value for money. Good food. Facilities are good. Located in main location of westlands and access to Westgate and Sarit centre. No sufficient place for parking. Could not experience the fcilities of Spa and Gym etc, so I can't write about that.

Hotel is good, but food of the hotel not good, in morning not any sign of veg or non veg food. We are very difficulty to find veg food. Food of the hotel not good. Any veg person not prefer this hotel. Cleaning of the hotel not very good. I think this is average hotel.
