I keep travelling across Africa for business. Whilst most Mercure Nairobi Upper Hills have superior amenities, service is pathetic. But Crowne Plaza has exceeded my expectations on both fronts. Very convenient location, amazing staff and service and delicious food. I now have a fixation on this Hotel. Will be staying again and again.
