Cleaning and Housekeeping services are not good. Simply for providing a single water bottle, they are taking KES 500 as a service charge. It’s very bad.

Location, attention given at the reception and food, ambience and services were all excellent. I will highly recommend this property for all other visitors going to Nairobi! I will particularly like to mention a lady, Ms Violet who is so helpful to visitors looking for a train or flight tickets, Safari bookings or cab for transfers. Lovely rooms , generous staff and awesome food . Very good location and the staff is always willing to help .

It was an average stay, the pictures look good here, but the hotel is pretty old, they are redoing some of the rooms, air condition hardly works in rooms. The hotel had to change my room to accommodate me in one of the renovated rooms, but unfortunately the ac condition is same there as well. In fact they had to provide me a table standing fan to get adjusted.

It's an old hotel. Needs renovation. Not upgraded for a long time. Wifi did not work properly and also lights in the room were malfunctioning

It's a good hotel near to the Airport but area is very isolated with nothing much to do at late hours.

Hotel is good. Location is excellent. Staff is very nice. No problems at all. I recommend to all. All rooms are big. In this hotel, they have only suite. So all rooms are same size and very spacious. Food is good and hotel has nice reputation with locals also.
