WORST experience EVER!!!
The worst experience ever!!the owner was EXTRA RUDE!!!just cancel your reservations!!!Or stay out but not there!!!dirty room so she perfumed it to not smell!!and was even worse!!!NEVER never again!!!we suppose to have breakfast but we didn’t at all!!the room had a/c but we didn’t have the remote!!its rediculous!!the bathroom did all the time an annoying noice!!

Rooms and reception are tasteless and modest, bathroom is not clear enough, rooms /bathroom should be renovated. Breakfast is awful: one prepacked croisson and biscuits, with one small cup of coffee in a plastic (!) cup. Owner is unfriendly and incorrect. She can be reached only until 18.00, and if you have problems after this time she gets angry. Problems with wifi. One advantage is the location.

Worst B&B,rudest and really wo....
Don't go there if you don't want to be treated like scum.I traveled through many countries and i never got treated this way. Stay away from this place dear future customers it is really not worth the money if you are nearly getting screamed at or stressed out. My Girlfriend and I arrived at around 8 am after having a very long Bus Ride behind us and having a small breakfast so that we are not to early. When we finally arrived at the B&B we called the Telephone Number provided online, with no luck and then we rang the doorbell from the B&B but also with no luck at all. We tried that several times but nobody picked up the phone or even opened the door. Until we saw some people leaving the Apartment Building were the B&B is located, then we held the door open and went in. And then we tried to go up the stairs and then some Women looked at us hysterically and really bothered and she nearly screamed. "CHECK IN 1 O`CLOCK` and my gf and i felt very unwelcomed by this women. Then we realized that this is supposed to be the receptionist that left us waiting outside. We tried to explain to her that we only wanted to place our heavy luggage there until later then, but well she wasn't really interested what we as customers had to say. Actually i felt not at all like a customer. She even said to her previous customers that were staying there that we are at fault to ring the bell, but as i see it she didn't even pick up the Phone or opened the door. If we didn't come in through the door due to the other Neighbors of the building maybe we would have stood outside for much much longer. When we were at the reception she tried to argue more and more. I asked her if she has any problems. She answered No and said if i want problems. She definitely seemed bothered that we came at all to her establishment. I am not sure if she is just a receptionist or even the Owner, but this is no way to treat a customer or guest. Later on i asked my gf to talk to her on different occasions because i didn't want to exchange another word with this women, the attitude was just horrible and i can only suggest to look for another place to stay for the night. For my gf and I we had a lot of stress due to this first encounter with this women and like i also read later on, it seems that she might have something against english speaking guests. If you are on your holidays you don't want to add more stress to an already stressful bus ride and co. For the Room, it was ok, it was clean. But i have to say don't take any Blankets from the cabinet, they were just disgusting and smelt like they haven't been washed for ages. Another very important point to note, The Wifi went down one evening and we could not reach the Staff at all, called again, knocked also at the door. My gf told me, she could hear someone on the other side of the door. On the Door also a big Sign saying Service only till 6 pm. But when the Wifi is down, what should someone do then? you can not even call if you have any problems. This is again the Problem with the Service, just unbelievable. So we had to go out to McDonalds to get some Wifi due to the fact that there are not many Starbucks around. I can only say as many said it before, better not to stay at this place. If you are on your holidays or business trip you want to have a great carefree time without any extra troubles or stress and for me the first day i arrived in Rome and i was welcomed this way is not a particular moment i want to repeat again. Save yourself the trouble and find yourself a better place Service Wise. Best kindly regards

DON'T STAY HERE
The staffs do not speak English, which is understandable, but it is totally unacceptable when they are being rude and very unprofessional. The place is dirty and smelly. *****Do not stay here. Period.

Has the basics for a B&B - clearly not a hotel though.
Wifi no problem! Towels changed daily. Friendly staff (Maria- sweet lady) - very helpful. Even booked us a taxi to airport at a competitive rate.
Location wise within 'longish' walking distance from main attractions. Even though we aren't ardent walkers, it was still walk-able ( average 30-45 mins uphill) but public transport available.
