The stay was excellent, compared to other places we visited in Europe this seemed very comfortable in terms of layout and accessibility. It is located in a bustling street hence convenient options in terms of food and transport yet very safe to travel around even in the night. The staff was very pleasant and helpful attending to our queries and demands.

Do not! stay here. A bunch of money mongers who have absolute disregard for any kind of problem you may have. I couldn’t travel cause of the it outage and i informed the hotel on the day i was supposed to check in and requested them to charge me for one day and refund the two days to which they agreed on mail but now they’re denying! and mm t is worst than the hotel for not being able to do anything and coming up with idiotic lies. Worst hotel and worst people work there. They’ve stole. 250 euros and i’m sure still had someone who booked the room even when i couldn’t make it. They don’t know the meaning of hospitality how will they they don’t have ethics. Such a rude receptionist - no empathy. I will go on google and give a bad review every single day and wait for this hotel to burn to the grounds

Had an amazing experience with this Hotel right from an early check in to helping me warm up my take away food.

Small place, felt a bit claustrophobic . Breakfast place is so small ended up bumping into people . Air condition wasn’t working well and the bathroom needs some modernisation . Overall, not a great experience.

Room was OK and safe, indian restaurant was also 5 min walking distance from hotel .. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful .. Breakfast was average .. If you are vegetarian then very limited options like bread, juices only

The room was perfect - way beyond our expectations! It was spotless clean, well furnished and modern! Bathroom looked like new, bed and pillows were very comfortable, huge Smart TV in the room (maybe 50"), airconditioner ... We loved the hotel and we'll definitely use it again in the future!
