Great hotel, great location
The hotel was perfect, it was a 15 min walk from Vatican, 5 minutes from shopping and tour buses. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made, the fresh squeezed orange juice was terrific!!!!
The staff was very helpful and gave precise directions which made our stay easy when meeting for tours.
Room was very nice size and very clean.
I would definitely return.

Hotel Farnese is a reasonably priced boutique hotel with pleasant staff. It is a bit isolated from major attractions. Castle Sant ‘Angelo is about a 20” walk away and is probably the closest site. I think this hotel should be avoided by older people and those with walking disabilities as there is a tall staircase to traverse to enter and to get into the bathtub/shower one must step over the tub wall. This carries a high risk for falling. Breakfast is included and is adequate but not sumptuous. Room size is acceptable by European standards.

Nice boutique hotel
Very relaxing and close to public transportation. Yhe beds were comfy and rooms were unique. We stayed in 2 different rooms both had a nice charm to them. Walking distance to Vatican and restaurants. The service was incredible from the doormen helping with directions and recommendations of places to go eat. Stayed a few nights at Amalfi coast. We got back from Amalfi coast very late and nothing was open to eat in Rome. Louie person that ran the kitchen, opened the rooftop kitchen and made us a candlelight dinner. He was awesome and made me and my wife feel so special!

Close to Transportation
This hotel was very quaint. It had an adorable entrance and nice rooms. We upgraded to a superior room and got a cute balcony and larger room. It is across the street from the metro subway system so very convienent to get to all attractions in Rome. The service was good and the breakfast better than most. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great, reasonable hotel not too far from central Rome. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was buffet style and excellent in a roof top area with lovely views of St Peters (it is covered too). The metro is a very short distance from the hotel but we walked most of the time. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby too.
I have given it 4* only because there were no tissues in the room, nor were there tea and coffee facilities.
