I booked a triple room in this hotel but was sent to another hotel where i was given a small double room where basic amenities like tea coffee kettle was not present. I was charged local tax of a 4 star hotel by default where as i booked a 3 star hotel. Amenities of 4 star hotel was present in the alternate hotel provided

Close to roma termini but rooms are just ok types. There was no kettle in the room and no cups or tea coffee sachets. The triple room sofa cum bed was not comfortable.

The most important thing about this hotel is its location. Its just in front of Roma termini which is the main railway station of Rome. Nice and clean rooms, not many breakfast options they have but it is nice for value for money. Will recommend this to others.
